This first phase of engagement is about building a thorough understanding of you, your aspirations for the project, your values, needs and constraints, while gathering all the technical information required to confirm the project brief and scope. The earlier our engagement with a project, the greater the impact we can have.

Concept Development & Preliminary Design

This second phase is all about ideation. Understanding what's possible, what's right for you, your location, brand, audience or culture. We invite you into the creative process, to explore the potential of a site / or sites, and build a shared understanding of how each could look, feel, and come to life, using references, material palettes, drawings and high-level visual renderings. We draw from our deep project experience to apply and test our chosen conceptual direction to determine the optimum spatial plan for the site. We aim for a level of accuracy that enables a Quantity Surveyor to estimate a top-line cost for the project at this point, if desired.

Developed Design

This third phase of design is focused on making our concept tangible, allowing you to understand how the site will come to life, the tone, spatial quality, materials and finishes that best express the values of the project using both drawings and visual renderings. We refine our design to ensure it meets every aspect of the brief and work into the details to provide the necessary level of clarity and certainty to allow pricing and pre-contracting to begin.

Detailed Design & Documentation

We believe our design detailing and project documentation is second to none. This rigour enables us to achieve an exceptionally high level of quality and execution through construction and fabrication and ensures accuracy in pricing. We serve as the primary consultant for your project, helping you to obtain the necessary regulatory consents and create the best team of consultants and contractors for your build.

Onsite Delivery & Site Observations

Hands-on oversight of the construction and fabrication process is key to achieving an exceptional outcome and finish. We remain connected to the project right through construction. Regular site and project meetings ensure the team are executing exactly as per plan and eliminates potential roadblocks as they arise.

Procurement, Install & Handover

We live for the details. Execution of the final layer of a project is the difference between excellent and sublime. We have an extensive network of experienced makers, craftspeople, artisans and trusted importers for you to draw from and can support you with the sourcing, or custom design and install of any furniture, fixtures and fittings that a project may require.
