The imposing, James Beard designed, former PSIS headquarters provides a monumental but somewhat challenging environment in which to create a welcoming, dynamic, modern office for a large financial services firm. The Kiwi Wealth office takes lessons from successful hospitality design to deliver a more hospitable workplace that celebrates its staff and embodies trust, teamwork, excellence, innovation and professionalism. The design of a penthouse mezzanine converted unused space to become the building's most desirable.
