Embla changed the face of Melbourne hospitality with its casual, whip-smart approach to sophisticated wine and food. The brief:a timeless space that feels as if it has always been here. An architectural redesign of the 100+ year-old building enabled the two floors to work seamlessly as one creating a beautiful machine for feeding Melbourne’s inner-city dwellers.
