97 The Terrace - Wellington

Originally a family home and clinic for a local dentist, 97 The Terrace has undergone a loving, full restoration. The project scope spanned strengthening the existing historic-rated building, peeling back the layers to celebrate the original form and materiality while re- engineering it for 21st century occupation. Along with high-spec offices the building's basement now houses a hidden bar, offering a place of escape for downtown professionals to lose all sense of time.
